2nd UK World Open Salsa Championship 2010

The competition will take place on 11th, 12th, and 13th July 2010, in 2 categories Salsa Couples and Teams Groups. It is anticipated that up to 100 entrants from all over the world will participate, with around 1,500 spectators in each day.

Couples and teams from all over the world will compete at St Georges hall, Liverpool. It’s expected to be successful and to produce an extraordinary multicultural experience, in which dance experts throughout the world will gather to decide who the planet’s best dancers are.

The two day competition event will bring together winning couples and groups from different salsa competitions throughout the world. In addition, competitors and the general public will enjoy seminars and workshops led by the genre’s most prominent artists, three DJs will be engaged over the two days.

Holding the UK-WORLD CUP OPEN CHAMPIOSNSHIP at Liverpool will contribute to another attraction to the City.

Some Promoters abroad will create an attractive all inclusive travel packages that include accommodation, and admission to the competition and party.

UK-WORLD CUP OPEN SALSA CHAMPIOSNSHIP 2010 will be bringing intense action, passion and euphoria; people will cheer up for their country.

This event will bring the top dancers from all over the world in four different styles,
Cuban Salsa, Puerto Rican/New York Salsa, Colombian Salsa and Los Angeles Salsa.

This is a true international event with dancers travelling from 6 continents across the globe as far as US, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, China, Japan, Korea, and Europe.


There will be vendors selling Salsa memorabilia, clothing, shoes, books, and much more.

This multi-cultural event gathering people from all nationalities, races, beliefs and social backgrounds will certainly draw your interest and inspire enthusiasm.
